What to Expect in Your First Consultation
When you book your initial consultation, you will receive a digital intake questionnaire which must be completed before your consultation.
I will review your intake form prior to your consultation to maximise your face-to-face clinical time.
Step 1: Pre-Consultation Analysis
Step 2: Clinical Assessment
During your initial 60-minute session, we will discuss your presenting health concerns as well as taking a full case history including personal and family medical history, dietary and lifestyle factors and any relevant physical examinations.
A comprehensive assessment designed to find the root cause of what is driving your condition/symptoms.
Step 3: Functional Testing & Investigation
Where indicated, I will request functional pathology. This may include comprehensive stool analysis (GI-MAP), dried urine hormone testing (DUTCH), organic acids testing (OAT) or standard pathology referrals (Full Blood Count / Liver Function Tests / Iron Studies / Lipid Profile / Fasting Glucose & HbA1c).
Functional testing & further investigations are at an additional cost to your initial consultation.
Step 4: Evidence-Based Treatment Plan & Prescription
You will receive a structured treatment protocol including targeted dietary adjustments and specific lifestyle interventions.
Where indicated, you may be prescribed nutraceutical supplements and/or herbal medicines to support your healing.
You are tired of quick fixes and you are ready take control of your healing by exploring your full health history, diet and lifestyle to understand why you feel the way you do
You are dealing with ongoing issues - such as digestive complaints (IBS, bloating), hormone imbalances (PMOS, menopause), chronic stress, or fatigue and conventional medicine hasn't provided the answers you need
You want to incorporate evidence-based complementary therapies, such as practitioner-grade herbal medicines, nutritional supplementation and dietary/lifestyle adjustments into your wellness routine
You value clear communication, written guidance and direct access to a practitioner who views you as a whole person, rather than just a set of symptoms
