Hi. I’m Kate Mitrokli.

I help you get to the root cause of your health concerns & support your healing with nutrition, herbal medicine & lifestyle strategies.

As a degree qualified naturopath - Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) - I focus on bringing together evidence-based medicine and traditional wisdom to provide individualised health care.

I became a naturopath because I want to help people change their life from being sick and tired and feeling just ok to thriving and full of vitality and confidence.

I have a keen interest in preconception and fertility, as well as supporting the entire family right from toddlers through to puberty and beyond. From acute conditions right through to chronic multi-system dysfunctions.

For me, natural medicine isn't just a profession; it's a way of life. I am deeply passionate about experimenting with nourishing recipes in the kitchen and spending time in my garden, where I get to connect with the plants that inspire my practice. I believe that true health starts from the ground up and I can't wait to help you thrive.

If you are tired of feeling constantly exhausted and
ready to reclaim your vibrant self,
you are in the right place.

My Approach to Healing

  • I believe health is a sustainable rhythm we create in our everyday lives

  • I help you navigate your wellbeing with clarity and confidence

  • I debunk conflicting advice and help you move towards a clear, evidence-based roadmap tailored specifically to you.

  • I believe that the most profound healing happens in the spaces between our appointments - in our kitchens, our gardens and our daily rituals.

  • I translate complex physiological jargon and clinical research into practical, nourishing steps that you can integrate into your daily life.

My work is anchored in three core pillars

About Naturopathy

Modern Clinical Naturopathy bridges the gap between traditional wisdom and modern biochemical science. Rather than just suppressing isolated symptoms, our clinical approach investigates the underlying root causes of your health concerns.

Every symptom your body produces is a biological signal of a systemic imbalance, whether it is fatigue, digestive complaints or unexplained hormonal issues, .

By analysing functional pathology, lifestyle data and your unique health timeline, we view your body as an interconnected system. We utilise peer-reviewed nutritional and herbal medicine, practitioner-grade therapeutics and targeted lifestyle modifications to restore optimal function.

This data-driven, highly personalised approach does not just offer temporary relief; it rebuilds your foundational health, optimises your daily vitality and serves as a long-term approach for disease prevention.

Naturopathic Practice is built on the following 7 principles…

Primum Non Nocere
First Do No Harm

1

A fundamental principle that is accepted across different health professions and is dated back to Hippocratic Corpus. Naturopathic practitioners avoid harm by implementing practices, therapeutics and treatments which apply the least force or intervention required to assess, diagnose and treat illness to restore optimal health.

Vis Medicatrix Naturae
The Healing Power of Nature

2

Naturopathic medicine recognises the body’s inherent, self-organizing and intelligent ability to heal itself. The practitioner's role is to facilitate this process by identifying and removing obstacles to health and creating a supportive internal and external environment.

Tolle Totum
Treat the Whole Person

3

Health and disease result from a complex interaction of physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental and social factors. Naturopathy takes a comprehensive, personalised approach that accounts for all aspects of an individual’s life.

Tolle Causam
Identify and Treat the Cause

4

Rather than solely managing or suppressing symptoms, naturopathic practice seeks to uncover and address the underlying physical, mental, emotional or environmental causes of illness to ensure long-term recovery.

Docere
Doctor as Teacher

5

A key objective is to educate the patient and emphasise self-responsibility for health. By fostering health literacy and a collaborative relationship, the naturopathic practitioner empowers the patient to actively participate in their own wellness journey.

Preventare
Prevention

6

Naturopathic practitioners work with their patients to achieve wellness and wellbeing, rather than simply just avoiding or addressing illness. Wellbeing is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease.

Sanitatem et bene esse
Wellness & Wellbeing

7

Naturopathic medicine emphasizes the prevention of disease by assessing risk factors, hereditary susceptibility, and lifestyle habits. The focus is on building robust health and vitality to reduce the likelihood of future illness.
